Grandmaster Rashad Babaev holds the prestigious title of International Grandmaster (GM)—the highest distinction awarded by the World Chess Federation (FIDE). In 2007, there were fewer than 300 Grandmasters worldwide, highlighting the exclusivity of this achievement.
With a lifelong dedication to chess, Rashad possesses a unique ability to teach the game, blending its scientific precision with its artistic depth. He began playing at the age of four and trained under renowned chess educators, including Isaak Prevorotsky, the esteemed mentor of Garry Kasparov, one of the greatest world champions in chess history.
For over 20 years, Rashad has been mentoring and coaching young chess players, both privately and in group settings. Under his guidance, several teams have secured first and second place finishes at National Championships, and many of his students have gone on to earn the prestigious title of International Grandmaster.
