Rashad Babaev is an International Grandmaster the highest title bestowed to a chess
player from the World Chess Federation (FIDE)
In 2007, there were only about 300 International Grandmasters in the world.
Rashad is uniquely qualified to teach chess because he has a
deep appreciation for chess as a sport that combines both science and
art and has devoted his life to the sport. He has studied and played the
sport since he was four and has been taught by some of the best chess
teachers in the world including Isaak Prevorotsky, the teacher of Gary
Kasparov (one of the most celebrated world chess champions). Rashad has
been teaching chess to kids (privately and in classes) and has
mentored chess teams for 13 years. Some of the teams took first and second places at National Championships. Many of students became International Grandmaster. Rashad is one of the well-known chess coaches in the World.
